Really, whenever you can remember them. Morning vs. night doesn’t make a difference in how your body will absorb the vitamins.

I take my vitamins at night just in case I get an upset stomach or something. Taking it in the morning has benefits too because some vitamins give you energy (B vitamins)
Anytime the topic
of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own
personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest.
The phrase, "negative
calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and
books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest
than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of
calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy
available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained
in the food.
By now, most people
realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your
metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow
you to live out your life as healthy as possible.
In order to reap the
benefits from the intense exercise I recommend to my Fat Burning Furnace
students, you must get adequate rest. I cant stress this fact enough.
In fact, rest is just as important, if not more important that the actual
exercise.
