    Whey protein-it has the highest levels of leucine, Iso-leucine and valine. Take this supplement staggered three times in between three high protein, best is turkey or eggs, meals. This will keep you at an anti-catabolic optimum. Drink lots of water. Have one gram of protein per pound of body weight a day. ****Okay, first you put what type of protein, then you changed it to what type of WHEY protein….man oh man……if they still make it….designer protein.
