So I am 16 and my friend just gave me some Whey Gold Dietary Supplement. I just drank some today. I was wondering how many days in a week I should take it and also I am 118lbs. if that has anything to do with it.

I take joint supplements, omega 3, vitamin A B C E and Flaxseed oil, pumplin seed oil and Centrum which contains Iodine and Selenium.
I wonder if they interfere with the Thyroid blood test results?
