Which Whey Protein Supplement To Buy?

I am buying a weight gaining whey supplement today and need help choosing. Is the Walmart brand ok or should I go to a supplement store (and pay a lot more)? What should I be looking for as far as calories and protein content.

What you should do is get some pure whey protein and make your own gainer shakes/smoothies. This will save you a ton of money in the long run and you will end up with a higher quality product!

I SWEAR BY Nutrilite!! I get mine from a site called flirtwithhealth.com AWESOME I also use the double x vitamins (only for the serious person)….It gives me what I need to be at the gym 6-7 days a week and twice a day. Good Luck
Oh and stay AWAY from the “cheap” supplements…there is a reason they are “cheap”… use Walmart for your TP or laundry soap NOT what your ingesting to power your body!!

A good whey product will be low in fat, sodium and carbs. It tastes yummy. all the brands offer similar quality. The same brands you find at the super market are also in the supplement store for a higher price.
