What Is Better A Weight Gainer Or Whey Protein When Trying To Gain Muscle Mass?

I am taking the gnc weight gainer , saying it will not pack on a lot of fat. I am not sure if a decent whey supplement would do better. I weight train 4 to 5 days a week and gain muscle rather slowly.

    Hey Chris,
I have tried the GNC weight gainer in the past, for me, I didn’t like how it mixed and I thought it had a little after-taste.. There have been a few more brands I’ve tried, my current favorite is the link below. I have found them to have the best quality, and great price. I think their choc flavor is the best I’ve tried, but I also love the vanilla.
they have a forum page with some good recipes, and discussion threads.
I take about 40 grams in a smoothie, after my workout, but I have also been mixing some in my morning breakfast.
